It took place in João Pessoa, Brazil, the kickoff Management Meeting of LAPASSION from 20 to 25th of November, 2017.
The Meeting was collocated with REDITEC, the big annual event of Federal Institutes of Brazil joining the around 1 thousand of participants among Rectors, Pro-Rectors, Campi Directors, and other representatives of Brazilian Federal Institutes. Topics of the agenda were: : 1- Presentation of the partners and participants in the meeting; 2- Brief Presentation of LAPASSION project; 3- Details on Starting Grant signature; 4- Communication among partners and Documentation Repository; 5- Budget and Financial Execution of the Project; 6- Definition of the staff teams involved in LAPASSION; 7- Scheduling of the LAPASSION activities for the 1st semester of 2018; 8- Definition of the first set of Multidisciplinary Projects/Internships (MP/I) for students; 9- Sustainability of the Project; 10- Important Documents for the project; 11- Quality Control; 12- Communication and Dissemination; 13- Site of LAPASSION; 14- Toolkits and e-Book of LAPASSION; 15- Other issues; 16- Conclusions and next steps.
