Porto (Portugal), and Pontevedra (Spain) received the second Management Meeting of LAPASSION. The meeting started in Porto during the dates of 26-27 of February and went to Pontevedra from 28 of February and 02 of March. The topics of the meeting were the following: 1 - Introduction to LAPASSION and Presentation of all participants in the Meeting; 2 - Porto Design Factory presentation; 3 – Porto Design Factory's programs presentation (ME310, Product Development Project, SQUAD, Challenge Based Innovation); 4 - Brief Presentation of LAPASSION current situation; 5 – Contractual Management of the Grant; 6 - Details on Partnership Agreements and Bank Transfers from LAPASSION; 7 – Financial Management of the Grant; 8- Development (WP2) - LAPASSION@santiago: the first set of Multidisciplinary Projects; 9 - Definition of the staff teams involved in LAPASSION; 10 – Obligations and Documents concerning Staff Participation; 11 – Impact, Dissemination and Sustainability; 12 – Site of LAPASSION; 13 – Networking and Group Activities – Sharing of experiences from participants in Management and Preparation Meetings for the development of LAPASSION; 14 - Quality Plan & Control; 15 – Follow-up Documents for Quality Control; 16 – LAPASSION: Scheduling of the LAPASSION activities for the 2nd semester of 2018; 17 - Preparation of Travel Reports; 18 – Preparation and Approval of the Minutes of the 2nd Management Meeting; 19 – Other issues; 20 – Final Remarks and next steps. Agenda topics 1 to 12 were presented and analyzed in Porto, and points 13 to 20 took place in Pontevedra.
