Eline Nascimento, National Secretary of the Ministry of Education of Brazil, and Rosario Gambôa, President of the Polytechnic of Porto, celebrated a Memorandum of Understanding this Wednesday, November 22, in the city of Joao Pessoa, Brazil. This agreement represents an important step in resuming cooperation after the Science without Borders program between Brazil and Portugal at the level of Higher Education. The memorandum refers 6 cooperation areas, the two first benefit from LAPASSION: 1- identification of good practices in the Polytechnic of Porto and Europe that can be transferred to Brazilian Federal Institutes; and 2-Joint projects involving the Polytechnic of Porto, and other EU partners, and Federal Institutes of Brazil.
