LAPASSION@SãoLuís started on March 18 in the Federal Institute of Maranhão, under the Challenge "How to improve the Human Development Inex (HDI) of the Maranhão State". Students from IPP/Portugal, TAMK/Finland, UVIGO/Spain, UDELAR/Uruguay, IFAM/Brazil and IFMA/Brazil participate in this project. One student of the Federal Institute of Alagoas and another from the Federal Institute of Pernambuco participate with the support of their institutions.
